This is a preparation course for the ESOL entry 2 reading qualification. It is not an accredited course.

You need previous reading ̨��swag to take this course, that’s why you’ll need to do a ̨��swag check to enrol. Don’t worry, this isn’t an exam. It’s for us to make sure you get on the right course for your level.

When you complete this introductory course, you will be ready to take the ESOL entry 2 reading course.

There are “get ready” courses between each module to prepare you for the next course.

What to expect

This get ready for ESOL course takes around 40 hours to complete. It gives you more opportunities to learn the reading ̨��swag required for an entry 2 reading qualification.

Please note that you’ll need an internet connection to study this ESOL course. This is so you can access our digital learning platform, Canvas.
